Just wanted to say a zillion thanks to saigetsu for this info. Managed to claim 15 days from Chubb.

Kena knocked after 2 cars collided and 1 skidded into my lane. Took around 2 months from the date I submitted the required documents to Chubb :
1. Claim LOU cover letter
2. My drivers license
3. My IC
4. My police report
5. My car registration
6. Police sketch layout, investigation outcome, photos, 3rd Party reports
7. My car insurance policy

In between however I had to check with my own insurance company to ensure that they sent Adjuster Report, Policy, to Chubb using some insurer-insurer online system.
