Accident 101: i teach u claim loss of use

Hi TS,
I involved in accident in February and got my car fixed after almost 2-months (57-days to be exact). I submitted the Loss of Use claim from the other car's insurance (the accident caused by the other car's driver), and they only approved for a mere 14-days. I questioned them, and they ask me to re-submit the claim. From your experience, are they going to approve more? The insurance company is AmGeneral Insurance. Thanks in advance TS.  |
