Accident 101: i teach u claim loss of use

Hi all,
my car hit an accident and repair done, the workshop help me to claim loss of use 27 days, but the insurance company only offer to pay 14 days. The actual loss of use is 27 days. Do u guy think is reasonable? Thk you |
