MCO - loss of use. How?

Before MCO and corona virus, my car got accident, then the aunty who bang my car didnt report police, after all the hassle and after MCO. Total loss of use in my definition is 100 days (days since it enter workshop)
I ask the other party insurance to compensate RM 100/day x 100 since my car is brand new, and i am paying that much in installment. this is aside from all the taxi i am paying during this period.
But after few months they reply me say compensate RM 120.00 in total only.. 120 is like 3 days taxi fare only.
how to fight this?

Feel bullied, since its not my fault there is a delay, that aunty dont want report police, make the workshop dont want to repair cause insurance side pending.
sad la.. this is corporate bully MSI-G
