TS, questions......

I met accident where I try to avoid a vehicle which stopped at federal highway fast lane without proper action taken ( no open boot, no signage, etc ) and car lost control and hit into road divider, no other vehicle was involved in this accident. Has made police report right after the accident and contacted insurance company to toll into panel workshop. police did not fine me for the accident. currently my car has spent 2 week in workshop.

in such no-third party accident scenario, can i claim loss of usage ( CART) and what will happen to my NCD
