Ive just got into an accident ytd. After jumaat prayer i was hit from the side in a busy road intersection by and old uncle. The uncle doesnt want to lodge a report but I did.

So ive lodged a report and met the srjn and he said while he understood the road and the cndition of that particular place that happens many accident similar before, in the eye of the law i was to be blamed.

In this case, should I claim from my insurance? Im pokai gao2.

Got the license plate. I include it in the report also.
