My car terbabas because one idiot driver suddenly break in front of me. My car swing and another car from behind hit my car. The idiot driver drove away.

Now, both parties involve make same story report. But the police summon me, say it is my fault.

My questions:
1. Will the insurance company pay for my repair?
2. Will my insurance company pay the other party?
3. Can i claim loss of use from the insurer?
4. My ncb will zero?

1st time accident.
