If that's the case, you can bring this to magistrate court lah "Mahkamah Majistret Sivil (Kelas Pertama)", depending on the total number claims. Can be (Kelas Kedua). It's a hassle but at least you can try to compensate the lost that you didnt get. Can try to discuss this with your insurance lah. I know they sure dont want to do coz so troublesome for them.
