Want to ask guys, my car scratch heavily by those big lorry driver but claim my fault and very fierce
I no dare argue with them and walk off. Come to think about it, can i report police now and claim for insurance ? Insurance claim need both party police report and verification ? |

Why this no longer pin thread ?
I got one general question. Said i buy comprehensive insurance for my car for 8k. Hit a another motorbike and the cost to repair my car rm5k, motorbike lost rm3k, motor rider patah kaki cost claim ?? How the car sum insured of 8k to distribute between that and if not enough how much insurer need top up ? |
