Claiming against 3rd party insurance, I asked for loss of use (for 30 days... actually more but i heard they will give less and be difficult) and also medical claim since i went to hospital to check for whiplash. I gave them the hospital receipt. They wrote back giving me loss of use but ignore medical claim. Should I appeal and ask for the medical (<RM350), or should I just take the offer?
