Ya i been looking one decent size for own stay w my family
This suit me
Size good as 3 rooms 3 bathrooms
Low density
Purely residential
Price per sqft reasonable
Hassle free as zero down

Just i need to check developer background and the location
I'm not familiar this section 7
But is suitable for own stay

location acceptable la. near klang but klang condos also not that cheap nowadays.

density just nice. only 200+ units. chances of problematic tenants will be less.

size ok for own stay. rental maybe. it's close to UITM afterall.

no commercial. good. i believe condos should not have commercial below unless you're at super prime location.

as to why developer reduce price, is it confirmed that they tried to sell at a higher price before? if so, then quite fishy i agree. hmm.gif

only thing i don't like is the proximity to UITM! Seksyen 7(just like glenmarie) houses some of the top CEO's/businessman in Msia.. the mansions there are worth more than RM20 million..

close to I city summore..

near I city, next time got Central mall la.. yes memang they reduced the price to clear the units.. only worry about the developer, UITM students and the exact location lor.. based on the map, it should be beside baiduri apartment right??

not main concern if near UiTM... is better at least there's some crowd there.

Is not as bad as just beside the college..

This plot of land is located higher ground level...

View is superb too as high floor can get unblocked view... facing either south west or north east..

Close to Icity is good as there's future LRT there and shopping mall

Rebate package is good also
Just worried developer only

And once place booking.. Have to sign SNP within 14 days to get extra rebate

Now bank got mbb, hlb, mbsb and AmBank

Still got lot units available frm 9th floor onwars .. 565k and above
But facing south west.. North east mostly booked and left 600k and above
