btw i think this puncak 7 is u/c, walking distance to unisel, not far off from the new sek7 hospital.. someone mentioned about one side view is overlooking the engineering tower of uitm.. but in reality it is not close lah, wont kacau the view.

yeah my friend who lectures in uitm has been relocated to puncak alam last year..

should reconsider the tenant market

ya, but 600k/1166 = 514 psf before discount i think worth it gua.. i checked the rental there, RM1700 for an apartment without swimming pool. this is high end condo, i think can easily hit Rm2000 per month kua, somemore it is VP on 2017/2018.

please advise.. smile.gif

Once again no taker. Not sure. Maybe owner is just lazy. Could have just throw his unit out to subletter to convert as students hostel. I think got people willing to take up the offer.

Anyway, new price as below, is almost half price now compare to S&P price:
