For Apple Store Malaysia sets RMA, Apple does send its courier to pick up from you. Not sure about international sets though.

I already got the tracking no provided at lazada website and checked at gdex but no results came out. Called gdex they said maybe the consignment yet to be pick up by gdex representative. But im waiting so long. Put my order dated back to saturday last 2 weeks. Hope by tomorrow the latest i got update regarding my set.

where is your set from? dialoghub or t&l? better call them to verify. mine unit came 1 day late, after countless calls made to gdex... the next day it came and said sorry... yesterday truck breakdown.... i was like wtf...

i bought fr lazada, fulfilled n sold by dialoghub. i ordered on 29sept, then posted my order# at their fb, they update rightaway, and i got my unit lastweek friday, but suppose to reach on thursday. when u hv the 44xxx gdex number, stock should be picked by gdex (latest by the next working day).
