QUOTE(Alveolus @ Oct 6 2014, 06:17 PM) Welcome, bro. My pleasure. QUOTE(lazybump_nonsense @ Oct 6 2014, 06:18 PM) Yes, it's exactly like WhatsApp, but has pros and cons though.QUOTE(janson_kaniaz @ Oct 6 2014, 06:24 PM) Yup. This I cannot deny. Must really treat it with utmost care. QUOTE(TOMEI-R @ Oct 6 2014, 06:26 PM) Haha. Can consider average size only my hands. QUOTE(silencer5089 @ Oct 6 2014, 09:15 PM) Haha. For me, iPhone 6 Plus only wins the iPhone 6 in terms of battery life. The additional screen size of the Plus you get when you sacrifice the handling / smaller size of the 6. I didn't actually feel the screen size difference, but perhaps this is attributed to many apps which are still not optimised for the Plus yet. |

For fellow iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 6 users who are using the GMail app, good news! There's an update in the App Store which supports the new iPhone resolutions. Awesome!
Now, WhatsApp... we are still waiting for you. |

QUOTE(klwong99 @ Oct 7 2014, 06:44 PM) Same to me, one hand user most the time. Of course Apple won't do it. They are not stupid. Why Apple dont put the same specs (Screen resolution & camera) in iPhone 6 as well? You put same reso, cam, battery in iPhone 6 similar to what the 6 Plus has, I can bet you 90% of buyers will just buy the iPhone 6. |

QUOTE(slickz @ Oct 7 2014, 06:44 PM) Haha life must be syok syok one.... Wishful thinking is good. Good to be hopeful.Sometimes it's more fun in the waiting and reading the news. I'm taking my sweet time reviewing cases and watching youtube videos of the damn thing. Maybe if we are patient, the units that will finally arrive malaysia are the ones that apple had secretly reinforced the internal metal frame structure. Look around for the video that I posted, there got show the weak internal point that's probably causing bendgate. One post I read revealed that apple is taking in customers bent phones in their early field fault assessment program. But IMHO, Apple is not that kind. Like what happended with Antennagate of the iPhone 4. They only fixed the issue with the iPhone 4S. So, perhaps you could wait for the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6 Plus S, and maybe no more bending by then. |

QUOTE(TOMEI-R @ Oct 8 2014, 11:13 AM) For those who own it already, still want to queue and make the queue longer meh during Malaysia launch? You said the magic word, bro! Im still having doubts. But definately getting another set from Maxis, since I need to renew my contract. What should I get now ? Hmmm To renew my Maxis contract. Let's just hope there's enough stocks to go around for all iPhone 6 / 6 Plus variants on launch day. |

QUOTE(s.n.a.g @ Oct 9 2014, 12:27 AM) soya cincau predicts the teaser is for iP More likely that it's for iPhone 6 indeed. http://www.soyacincau.com/2014/10/08/maxis...s-nextbigthing/ Wanna know why? Because there's official announcement of Note 4 launch already - October 15th. The only mystery left is for the iPhone 6 launch. |

QUOTE(s.n.a.g @ Oct 9 2014, 01:06 AM) Grey set price is going down very fast. hand itchy but the warranty thingy is holding me up. i'm cursed with apple products. Wow. Kinda jinxed. Better wait then for local launch! Not that far away.ip4 > home button after 6 mths. ip5 > power button after 1 mth. wasted rm60 screen protector. ipad > home button after almost 1 year, still in time for warranty. best thing is i mostly use gesture to close app. home button rarely use. macbook > a vertical dead pixel line from top to bottom, right after my 1 year warranty period expired. based on exp i rather wait for a local warranty set but yea i still prefer iOS. But IIANM, the home button has been vastly improved ever since Apple added in TouchID. Have never actually heard of home-button failures / defects anymore since iPhone 5S onwards (or it could be very very rare). |

QUOTE(Connect2USales @ Oct 9 2014, 01:10 AM) bro.. 1 question... how do u find using 6 plus as a tablet function? will it able to replace day to day task of using iPad? Still feels like a phone to me, bro. But there are a few iPhone 6 Plus-optimized apps such as iOS Calendar which really works well utilizing the additional screen space compared to the iPhone 6 / iPhone 5S. Also IMO, the iPhone 6 Plus is still not that different than the iPhone 6 in usability just yet (with exception to the battery life).Anyway, the iPhone 6 Plus may make the iPad Mini seem rather redundant, but I suppose you will still enjoy surfing, picture browsing, working on / referring on business documents - a LOT more on the iPad Air compared to the iPhone 6 Plus. Just my 2 cents from a non-tablet fan. I still prefer to use a laptop anytime for proper work. I tried using the iPad as a workhorse before and it was hilariously incapable (for me needs). |

QUOTE(janson_kaniaz @ Oct 9 2014, 08:05 AM) to me, it's a stupid thing to let One Club for priority anything. Not against anyone but don't think it's practised in the US. everyone gets the same treatment afaik. Agree. But perhaps Maxis did it last year as a means to reduce the crowd due to limited stock.Heck, they might even do it again this time since the stocks are even more limited, especially for iPhone 6 Plus. Imagine if all of us lined up, and only iPhone 6, and not Plus are available at launch day. That would be a BIG bummer! QUOTE(silencer5089 @ Oct 9 2014, 09:05 AM) Chill bro. No matter what, today should reach. Remember to post photos up! |

QUOTE(Connect2USales @ Oct 9 2014, 01:29 AM) I'm using iPad mini with retina display for my everyday work. (since I'm running a full time online store) Replying emails, Facebook, news, LYN, etc. are part of my everyday routine. Oh, if you use the 6 Plus only for those items, I guess you should be fine. Though if I were you, I'd still keep the Mini as the screen area is still vastly bigger - less stress to use. apart from 6 plus which I'm going to get once launched, i also using xperia Z ultra (6.4-inches). So i was wondering if I can sell off my mini and use 6 plus as my everyday driver? I use my MBP in the office. Also planned to get a bt keyboard for 6 plus since the on board keyboard will take up half the screen right? |

QUOTE(TOMEI-R @ Oct 9 2014, 10:39 AM) Relax. Its just that Maxis didnt seem to have enough stocks to go around. Thats why with previous Iphone 5s, they only catered to existing users as their stocks were limited to the extent some one club members didnt even get their phones. Luckily I got it. Correct. Many MOC members did not get the iPhone 5S variant they wanted.I would predict that the situation would be far worse this year for the iPhone 6 launch - unless of course they launch it in December 2014. |

Just had Nilkin Glass SP installed onto my iPhone 6 Plus by bro ping325. The edge of the Glass SP towards the Touch ID area is 'curved-in' rather than 'straight-down' like on the Glass SP (Nilkin) for iPhone 6. Looks somewhat better now.
