my few frens bought here as investments. they even ask me book together!

they are cash rich and what is 30k for them? they told me is peanuts.

actually 30k is nothing for investor as long as PSF is less than what they expect.

from ROI POV, i agreed with you guys but for them, as long as they can make profit.
