Then after that, convert these facilities including new hostels and schools and a sports mall into KL Sports City. This is referring to the stadium lands. MRCB would incur RM1.1 billion in total construction costs. Government will not pay MRCB a sen from this work. Government will transfer 3 parcels of land (some are existing park and vacant land) near the Stadium as PAYMENT to MRCB.
