QUOTE(jackyyap @ Jan 22 2015, 11:30 AM) Confirmed got side door direct access to Tpm? Told by sa..Wondering if Tpm allow that for security reason... make sure side door means for car not for pedestrian only.for security and traffic control, i don't see why TPM need to open a car access for this residential. |

QUOTE(Babizz @ Oct 21 2015, 07:29 AM) From wht i see on wikimapia, apu tpm college is much closer to city of green n sanderson bukit serdang.. unfortunately there was only one pedestrian access from bukit serdang into TPM which quite far for the studentWld tht be a competitor for student housing as the students dnt need the lrt everyday but need close distance n maybe nicer looking apartment?? Comments pls http://wikimapia.org/#lang=en&lat=3.043358...y-Park-Malaysia |

QUOTE(enigma666 @ Oct 21 2015, 11:42 PM) linked to this; https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3482739/+20 though says need to be confirmed by patchay QUOTE(willyboy88 @ Oct 22 2015, 01:41 AM) enigma666, acreThanks for sharing. wow nice development. https://www.facebook.com/PTLMalaysia/photos...0058922/?type=3 Commercial MSC CyberCentre mixed development, which entails the following: 1. Block A Service Apartment 31-storeys - 278 units 2. Block B Service Apartment 31-storeys - 278 units 3. Block E Service Apartment 35-storeys - 348 units 4. Block C Corporate Office 8-storeys 5. Block D Corporate Office 8-storeys 6. Block F Commercial Office 3-storeys atop 5-level podium including carpark levels, facilities and ground floor commercial I like the fact that they are building 2 block of 8 storey office towers here. It will add on to the housing demand. The fact that they plan to build more service apartment here ....I am pretty sure these wont come cheap psf wise. Overall it balance out. demand and supply. If they really built these here...together with the 'iconic project' north of Parkhill..This part of Bukit Jalil will be 'ong'/ alive with economic activities. The whole of Bukit Jalil has the location, public transport, highway support to be the next big commercial and economic hub for KL south. Let's just hope they have additional plan to upgrade Bukit jalil highway in the future. i think briswood was on 6.2 acre land, this land is ~20 acre |

QUOTE(willyboy88 @ Oct 30 2015, 11:04 AM) The Technology Part MRT station is expected to be located near the Scope International Building in TPM. e.g. just north east of Astro building. i think pedestrian access into TPM may not allowed, so you may need to walk along lebuhraya bukit jalil to the scope. At the moment, Parkhill is the only residential development available for sale in Bukit Jalil that will be within walk able distance to BOTH LRT (5 minutes walk) and MRT (10-15 minutes walk) You can expect more launches in this part of Bukit Jalil in the future. Refoer to the map here. https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3004459/+40 |

QUOTE(willyboy88 @ Oct 30 2015, 11:35 AM) Technology Park Malaysia land very big. Got northern part of Bukit Jalil Highway and southern part of Bukit Jalil highway do you drive inside TPM before? there was no public access behind astro, every access from tpm gate onlyhttp://wikimapia.org/31585/Technology-Park-Malaysia The Technology Park MRT station will be located at Northern part of Bukit Jalil highway. Anticipated to be here. http://wikimapia.org/33942491/MRT-Station-TPM At present, there are road behind the Astro building and around Astro carpark that is public accessible. When the Asia Pacific University new campus completed...this areas will be full with students walking around this area. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gIsMC4vT9JM http://wikimapia.org/29530370/FTMS-New-College-U-C Note: in wikimapia someone incorrectly name this as FTMS campus. In the future, the northern part of TPM will have some other new developments. I will not be surprise if they were to build covered walk way in this area from TPM MRT to Bukit Jalil LRT station so that folks that go to stadiums areas can fully utilize the MRT public transport system. |

guys, seem like TPM MRT not going well. maju connect to sungai besi instead TPM
mrt website also put up TPM station as provisional http://www.theedgeproperty.com.my/my/conte...station-maju-kl The KTM train station with linkage to the mall will be a major selling point. The transit-oriented development will also be linked to the upcoming Sungai Besi MRT (mass rapid transit) station on the Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya MRT Line. |
