make sure side door means for car not for pedestrian only.
for security and traffic control, i don't see why TPM need to open a car access for this residential.

btw, the parkhill not the only residential for APU 2, the land on east of parkhill was been cleared @ 3.0544278, 101.6981435

unfortunately there was only one pedestrian access from bukit serdang into TPM which quite far for the student

I like the fact that they are building 2 block of 8 storey office towers here. It will add on to the housing demand.
The fact that they plan to build more service apartment here ....I am pretty sure these wont come cheap psf wise.
Overall it balance out. demand and supply.

If they really built these here...together with the 'iconic project' north of Parkhill..This part of Bukit Jalil will be 'ong'/ alive with economic activities.
The whole of Bukit Jalil has the location, public transport, highway support to be the next big commercial and economic hub for KL south.
Let's just hope they have additional plan to upgrade Bukit jalil highway in the future.

there was another land been cleared just between astro and scope which ~6.2 acre, it's suppose be briswood

In the future, the northern part of TPM will have some other new developments.
I will not be surprise if they were to build covered walk way in this area from TPM MRT to Bukit Jalil LRT station so that folks that go to stadiums areas can fully utilize the  MRT public transport system.

passby astro insideTPM recently,
the APU new campus outlook was done,
parkhill new access pillar was done,
if not mistaken all blocks, almost all built over 10 floors .

guys, seem like TPM MRT not going well. maju connect to sungai besi instead TPM
mrt website also put up TPM station as provisional

The KTM train station with linkage to the mall will be a major selling point. The transit-oriented development will also be linked to the upcoming Sungai Besi MRT (mass rapid transit) station on the Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya MRT Line.
