"Abandon building" actually has caretaker inside, and interior has no sign of drug addicts as per observation made on site.

Also, at this moment the developer of Kuchai Sentral has no affiliation with the abandon building owner.

Refer to TNB tariff, you may convert to Residential (tariff A) through myTNB a month after 1st bill issued by TNB, not much hassle to do this.


The categories of water bill is referred to land title type, commercial rate (majority will billed RM 36 per month as minimum charge).
