Appeared in movies where there is a wedding scene

-add 1 (arubin)-

You should also have heard this before:

This particular piece is so often used by Disney that people often forget or are unaware it actually comes from Nutcracker Suite by Tchaikovsky.

This is a classic piece of horror music

If you haven't heard this song before, you likely have been living in a cave all along because its like the most famous classical piece to the point that I am actually sick of it.

-add 2 (arubin)-

This particular piece is commonly used during sad scenes or for mourning

Music to fall asleep to...

I am still not happy that the Christians hijacked this song mad.gif

-add 3 (la bella)-

Always heard it in movie

-add 4-

Appeared in movies during victories (slide to 5:14 for the real deal) thumbup.gif

FYI, Can Can is just a movement in the classical piece Orpheus in the Underworld by Jacques Offenbach.

Here is a video for your viewing pleasure. brows.gif

Woi, how can? Grieg isn't that famous or popular a compose but Per Gynt suite No. 1 is famous enough to be used in just about every scene where peaceful and relaxing music is needed.

I add more.

Took piano lessons for about 8 years when I was a kid. Never really got good at it, but part of the lessons also involves studying musical theory (there is a test for it) and I figured that since I have to learn about Mozard, Beethoven, Bach, etc. than I might as well start listening to their music too so that I actually recognize their music instead of merely committing them to memory for the exam.
