my 2 cents:

1. too much noise
2. get a better camera

and bigger megapixel does not means better picture quality

learn the basic first

I think a lot could be done to save the image before going for a new camera. Fill flash, reflector, exposure stacking, shoot in lower ISO are just some of the first stuff that came to mind.

A not bad picture imo, but I do feel that the camera limits the picture a little.

Forgive me for editing your picture but the picture looks quite flat and lack of saturation or punch. I boosted the saturation and did a horizontal wide crop to remove empty spaces on the top and bottom part, hopefully it looks better.

Also the picture might looks better when taken with a better camera to provide wider dynamic range ( the couples and foreground are quite dark as they are backlighting to pulling up the shadow to reveal more details about them might result better looking image).
