Hi guys, just wanna ask when is the best time to charge your battery. Well so far I have been discharging my phone between 3%-15% and I charge it till full, and then I disconnect the phone.

But last night I left the phone charging from 38% till full overnight (less than 5 hours). Will it damage the battery?
