Do I need to apply SIRIM again if I want to buy another One+??

My SIRIM application finally approved and sent back to DHL. Anyone knows how long is the process after that?

FYI, just in case, the RM162 charges from DHL is tax+handling (excluding SIRIM, confirmed with a member here). Not everyone kena (I guess this is based on the category? Electronics vs Cellphone)

So far, they only asked me to get SIRIM. No mention of tax/handling fees.

Hmm.. I'm liking the designs more than the other phones (except M8, I love it but it's pretty pricey, my M7 just went out of service)

thinking of getting the China set, from DirectD, two years warranty (should be reliable type of warranty since it's DirectD right?)

the software if they flash to CM11S should be IDENTICAL with the international set? I read up that OTA will be as normal as intl version? LTE won't be affected as long as I don't use it in the US, right?

Is there any factory defects of the China set here? I know the factory is the same etc but just wanna make sure. Don't quite like the back design because got no CYANOGEN writing.. but case can cover it, I guess..

Can help me make up my mind? shop to recommend etc?  Particularly worried on warranty coverage by DirectD or other retail shops..
