Hmm.. I'm liking the designs more than the other phones (except M8, I love it but it's pretty pricey, my M7 just went out of service)

thinking of getting the China set, from DirectD, two years warranty (should be reliable type of warranty since it's DirectD right?)

the software if they flash to CM11S should be IDENTICAL with the international set? I read up that OTA will be as normal as intl version? LTE won't be affected as long as I don't use it in the US, right?

Is there any factory defects of the China set here? I know the factory is the same etc but just wanna make sure. Don't quite like the back design because got no CYANOGEN writing.. but case can cover it, I guess..

Need to put exclusion mark, cos if u depend on delivery find out which courier they use,  GDex is the worst one,  unfortunately they used that previously. I once tried sending a parcel of phone to Johor it would take one day from poslaju but GDex took one week and needed to call everyday to check parcel status,  was so afraid the parcel got lost or stolen but luckily arrived in once piece much to my relief.  

If u can buy from the counter then Dialoghub has more good reviews and friendly service. Even from my short phone call with them, they know how to answer phone properly and address me as Sir,  compared to Directd usually talk like from kedai nasi lemak.  Directd is strictly for people who do not need customer service, line up in the long queue,  just pay and collect and faster cabut because there are another 10 people waiting in line behind u wishing u finish your business faster.

I only care about the first 7 days exchange policy of ap set

I actually had one exchange experience with seven mobile in old klang road for my father's lenovo p780, screen problem, 1 to 1 exchange on the next day of purchase, another is satu gadget but I didn't actually done any exchange there, I just asked the staff when I bought a lg g2 and he said 7 days exchange with condition, phone must be like new condition with all stickers still intact. Best is u ask the staff for their latest updated warranty policy during your purchase

Before u buy u can take it out to test,  everything ok only pay money. However they do not allow testing if u just want to test without buying . Yes prices are already very low,  assuming Malaysian official international version will follow USD$350 pricing for 64gb you will probably be able to buy for 1.2k in the near future.

My only complaint is I wish the phone can be a bit smaller like the LG G3 with same screen size.

Just a small drawback. The call quality abit low. When hear people talking on the other end the suara abit far. Even after updating to kit kat 4.4.4. Any advice out there sifus?
