No phones can give both long hours of SOT and standby time if gaming is involved. In fact if u play non-stop for few hours battery will be fully drained.

Only can acheive long hours if u use non intensive software. If gaming is involved advisable to get a seperate device or powerbank.

Need to put exclusion mark, cos if u depend on delivery find out which courier they use, GDex is the worst one, unfortunately they used that previously. I once tried sending a parcel of phone to Johor it would take one day from poslaju but GDex took one week and needed to call everyday to check parcel status, was so afraid the parcel got lost or stolen but luckily arrived in once piece much to my relief.

If u can buy from the counter then Dialoghub has more good reviews and friendly service. Even from my short phone call with them, they know how to answer phone properly and address me as Sir, compared to Directd usually talk like from kedai nasi lemak. Directd is strictly for people who do not need customer service, line up in the long queue, just pay and collect and faster cabut because there are another 10 people waiting in line behind u wishing u finish your business faster.

Before u buy u can take it out to test, everything ok only pay money. However they do not allow testing if u just want to test without buying . Yes prices are already very low, assuming Malaysian official international version will follow USD$350 pricing for 64gb you will probably be able to buy for 1.2k in the near future.

My only complaint is I wish the phone can be a bit smaller like the LG G3 with same screen size.

Good to know, at least one place which u can test. Normally if u already intend to buy then go and test it, otherwise it the time and transport easily cost u rm50-100 for two trips depending on how far is the place.

It's plastic. Magnesium chasis is inside. The chrome is soft plastic easily damaged. Get Diztronic, Tudia or Cruserlite which covers the chrome from all 4 sides.

On latest rom quality is acceptable.

Decent enough, Max I could get so far is around 7hr 30 Min SOT on limited gaming.

For fans yes, for general public no. Out of 100 layman, maybe only 1 or 2 people know about OnePlus One. Recent 20,000 invites all sold, but compared to iPhone 10 million units not even a drop in the ocean.

However it's far from end of life cycle lah, maybe another 6 months. Snapdragon 801 still the main CPU for most flagships like Samsung Galaxy S5, HTC One M8, LG G3.
