yep... last time i when i was there, i bought some otak2 from an illegal hawker tepi jalan. well i didnt realize its an illegal hawker, but after that my colleague told me not to simply buy from the streets, the enforcers will fine both the illegal hawker and the customer if caught.

i went around asking the same thing here in Penang too. They claim it to be a chip also, they charge rm200 to mod ur console. flipped thru their 'library', damn they hv almost everything. the packaging is same as other 'sparrow' games, pressed disc, rm15 a piece.

as i walked away, i overheard one of them saying something like "don't want to buy don't see la!". arseholes, feel like ransacking their shop... but i went home and whacked zombies instead.
