For my advice, you still can shop online but make sure use the protected payment so you can get refund..
Ebay, Aliexpress, Lelong use protected payment But for Mudah.My, COD is the best.... Careful Next Time |

The banks often can do reversals for scams. Not sure if this works in third-world countries like Malaysia.
