Did you use Paypal to make payment?
Bank transfer.

If you had a look with previous posts, he did the bank-in method to transfer money. So not paypal leh...kinda hard to issue refund

We could get refund but not maximum

The other guy opened a case and eBay is refunding him only RM650 whereas he paid 2800. So it's unfair but for eBay it's fair enough. As i paid 1500 so if i get the same amount, it's almost half of what i have paid.

For my advice, you still can shop online but make sure use the protected payment so you can get refund..
Ebay, Aliexpress, Lelong use protected payment
But for Mudah. My, COD is the best....
Careful Next Time
Thanks for the advise. Many people spammed me as well in mudah once i have posted my listings

The banks often can do reversals for scams. Not sure if this works in third-world countries like Malaysia.
Well. Police does not care about these stuffs. I have no idea what makes them actually work anyway. Makan gaji most of the time. Oh well. But still report needs to be made then only the bank will react.
