The thread starter (Exit) do not have the authority and rights to resell our products and is infringing on our trademark and copyright by doing so.

This is an interesting accusation cos there are also Apple Resellers and other various resellers in LYN of other brands such as Xiaomi.

Does an individual really need a License to do so? Perhaps u can quote some Laws for the benefit of all our members.

Calling it "infringing on our trademark and copyright" may not be correct unless he is using your company brand logo to sell non-genune products.

There is an issue of Warranty, if the Holder of the Copyright wants to ban resellers, the Warranty should not be transferable.
