One can gamble with small fries & chicken feeds, and fine enough, you can have the leeway of getting one-two occasional duds if you do get most of your signings right.

I do not know you well, or what do you do in your daily life, but the world I know is a results oriented place and all things do not automatically become rainbows in 5 years time. Progress are monitored time to time and when problems arises, root cause have to be pinpointed ASAP to cure the problem. Safe to say, we all know what will happen to BR if he does not meet his targets set by the club to him.
