As for Chelsea tactic, they defence as a team where their work rate is incredible. Last season you dont see Oscar throwing his body or even running up and down to protect the defence but now its totally different.

ur kapitano shud not be heavily involved in 1st team liaw. shud be backup role edi. 34yo edi leh...still wan him running up N down meh. lucas is never the same fler before that horrific injury (i maybe wrong on this one). current crop of players, i oni see hendo capable of filling ur kapitan shoes' role in shielding the back four aka defensive midfielder role. no komen on the other midfield players.

No, it' entirely up to the manager to mold him into a useful player.  That's why we have the manager and first team coaches.

he is someone that we need basically. so i dun mind him joining us. cech is someone u need badly and he aint getting games in his current club. why not launch a bid for him if your club really need to strengthen that position? at least a much greater upgrade than Mig rite??    never try never know what. cech is 32yo, Mig is 26yo. good understudy mah.
