QUOTE(eymc @ Oct 5 2014, 03:00 AM) Lallana is a success! so we can add that to BR's success purchase. I personally rate Lallana higher then Coutinho. Lallana more solid and his play often has end product unlike Coutinho. Good nite!! finally!!! Well Lallana is the most expensive transfer this season so he has quite some burden on his shoulder. I say if he scores as many as he did last season then can consider a success

QUOTE(carloz28 @ Oct 6 2014, 09:35 AM) But I can't help but to notice this...Over the years, from Evans era until now, Liverpool do possess a special uncanny ability that no other team has in BPL.....they will win games when no one expect them to win and they tend to disappoint you when you expect them to win. Maybe it's just me. ouch then we need to expect the worst to get the best QUOTE(solstice818 @ Oct 6 2014, 10:08 AM) DO NOT CLICK IF YOU ARE UNDERAGE

QUOTE(3rdElements @ Oct 6 2014, 11:49 AM) i've to admit that i like how is Chelsea defend against Arsenal, solid and steady. maybe L'Pool should sign defensive coach or get Chelsea defensive coach Even if we do the same (although at the moment we are not capable) I can see some fan will not be satisfied. I watched the whole Chel-Ars game yesterday. Overall I can say that Chelsea approach is defensive... I know some of our fan will not be happy with that approach more so when playing at home. This season they have the right person to play lone striker upfront so not surprising they can play defensive and get all 3 points. That's the difference between this season and last season

QUOTE(3rdElements @ Oct 6 2014, 07:14 PM) no Offense bro but for some critical game or derby, 3 point should be our top priority. we should win EPL last year if we play more defensive style Non taken bro.. not talking about me self coz I can understand playing defensive for tactical reason or like they say to lose the battle but win the war.. something like that Yesterday Arsenal might be guilty for sticking to their philosophy and try to get the "perfect goal..." but then what else do they have apart from their brand of football, silky passing football. Its not like they are gonna suddenly play long ball. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't especially against manager who has the right blue print to counter that. BTW, anyone noticed rightly after Balo was subbed in, Coutinho suddenly played with more aggression and hunger just for 5-10 min before he was subbed. Donno what was that all about...

QUOTE(tontolou @ Oct 8 2014, 01:38 PM) I think that time it had to do with Benitez... SAF wasn't on good terms with him. Its understandable knowing rivalry between the two club. Fact is no player exchange between the two club for quite sometimes.

QUOTE “If I hadn’t had the attitude and mentality to lead the team, I don’t think Liverpool would have done as well as they did,” Suarez told Barcelona’s site, referring to Liverpool’s stunning 2013-2014 run of wins that saw them miss the Premier League title by a hair’s breadth. - See more at: http://www.themalaymailonline.com/sports/a...h.JyYrcy45.dpufI see a lot of media taken this out of context...

Just watched highlights of Soton game. Awful defending by Sunderland and their keeper also guilty for one of the goals.

QUOTE(ry8128 @ Oct 20 2014, 09:52 AM) Am I the only one who really believe we can beat Madrid on wed? I seriously think we can.. Liv always turn on God mode in critical situation.. such belief is rare nowadays QUOTE(tampinmy @ Oct 20 2014, 10:25 AM) Yup. I pitied QPR last nite, their fighting sprit, relentless pressing, scored 5 goals and lost Their defence as bad as ours. They played shitty free kick in the last minutes resulting in our counter attack, instead of holding for a draw

QUOTE(jacckl @ Oct 20 2014, 11:54 AM) they were aiming for victory and didn't just sit back, just admit we got lucky. how many last minutes goal(s) have we conceded this season. everton, middlesbrough, ludogrets and now qpr too...something is very wrong there Nobody is denying our luck. And they also wanted to test their luck with that last free kick but it backfired. They took the risk knowing very well that we can counter attack. So to me its a mixture of luck and bad decision by QPR

So tonite will Raheem show RM that they are not wrong in chasing him for next galacticos...? Will Henderson match Toni Kroos... I'm also eager to see up close whether Benzema will suit for Liverpool Lets hope for the best... tonite will a big learning curve for all from players to manager. Hopefully there is more the team can take home apart from points. YNWA This post has been edited by farisq: Oct 22 2014, 07:51 PM
