May I know how many MOLpoints needed to convert it to steam Wallet (MYR). Eg: how many MOLpoints needed to convert into RM75 steam wallet?

You have to pay a tad more. Pretty much their cut and tax stuff.
It sucks but the alternative is a credit card which I currently don't have.  |

Honestly I don't get why anyone still has issues buying steam wallet directly from steam. If you have a bank account then you have a debit card. You can just use that to buy stuff online. You don't need a credit card.
