- Download VirtualDubMod from here. Extract it to it's own folder.
- Open VOB using VDubMod.
- Select Streams > Stream List. You can see the available stream here (source).
- Right click that stream. Ensure the selection is "Direct Stream Copy".
- Click Save WAV.
- Convert that WAV into mp3 using audio tool available here like Audacity or BeSweet.
