Guys..is there any FREE software which can extract sound from VOB file and convert them as MP3? Please advice, thanks

VirtualDubMod - or VDubMod
  1. Download VirtualDubMod from here. Extract it to it's own folder.
  2. Open VOB using VDubMod.
  3. Select Streams > Stream List. You can see the available stream here (source).
  4. Right click that stream. Ensure the selection is "Direct Stream Copy".
  5. Click Save WAV.
  6. Convert that WAV into mp3 using audio tool available here like Audacity or BeSweet.
