I told her the bill is not generated yet and it will only due in mid of next month, I may need the money for other purposes...
I would say 50-50, as MBB has not been consistent on this.
There was once, they only transfer the balance after net off the unbilled amount.
Says Unbilled = 3k, BT#1 = 5k; I called to request to transfer 5k; the CS say ok, but end up only transfer 2k.
I called back to complaint and they transfer the remainder 3k; but partly also my BT#2 = 3k just posted.
The early experience similar like the above, but they straight transfer 5k though there were unbilled amount.
