Though i received that offer near its end, still managed to hit  3 BTs
there...... and got 5711 points, RM10 = 3 BL points.

best part is one of them is an overpayment to my MBB AMex and i got that RM5+k refunded into my MBB SA - interest free cash for  6 months.

from my experience, talking about MBB, your 11k BT would be declined. your 'actual' CR balance is 4k, can do BT for RM3200 only. Overpayment does not count, unlike Aeon.

But MBB refund is simple, say statement showed payment due RM2000, if you pay RM10k, can get refund RM8k, no deduction from current outstandings accumulated, again different from Aeon.

I had overpayment RM9700+ in Aeon on 3.11.14 when i requested refund (after Aeon declined 2 BTs), by the time the officer called to approve it on 7.11.14 the refund amount has reduced to RM5700+ , deducted BT installments posted from 3-7.11.14. Interest free cash advance, never mind.

How is the 6-month "cooling period" calculated ? from the Date of Last BT approval ?

My June statement showing final installment (6/6)...
Submitted new BT on 18 Jun 7+am, received verification call at 1+pm on the same day.
So far so good, just waiting for the posting into un-billed transaction.

Due to 6 months once, I walup from all my other cc (using 3 BT forms), even amount as low as RM300+...  

Yeah... All my cc are between 10 to 12 statement dates. I changed them so they will due just after my payday.

Changing of statement date is one of my personal SOP when I receive my new cc, besides activating it, setting sms triggering threshold, linking to Internet banking, enabling e-statement, scrapping off cvv, etc.

yeah that is the last resort, but i still need the card. anyway it's just unlucky got a lousy CS officer that day.
next day tried my luck, called again, this time got another CS Harry, didnt ask anything at all, proceeded to submit my
request for refund.
i managed to get the transaction slip from UOB, emailed them on 30.9.15, surprised to see the refund money already in my MBB SA just now, noted the posting date was 1.10.15, that's fast!!
yeah just a phone call.
other banks Citibank below RM2k, Ambank below RM1k, above that need proof of payment.

MBB still da best! will try bigger amount next..
