interesting question... imagine the CL is 20k, 80% of it, which is 16k already used for BT, then i overpaid 10k, which makes the available limit as 14k, and i used 11k for another BT.

once both BT are approved and is MBB going to allow me to transfer the 10k overpaid back into SA/CA?

that sad to know the bold part...
no high exception, but i still gonna try my luck mid next week to see if i can get it though.

In short, max my MBB CL for BT, then I overpaid to MBB for addtional CL more BT, and once its approved, I request to have that overpaid amount to be trasnfered back to CA/SA.

I'm sure you are pretty pissed off and angry now, perhaps u can call to speak to another CS in the mean time, and hopefully the CS can help you out this time with the withdrawal.

In this case, you get what you want in no time and forget the CS that BS you right?

As for the bolded question, the bank will have to refund whatever balance to you. I once had RM0.10, yes, just 10 cents credit balance in my OCBC card when I cancel the card, the CS called me asked me bank account number for them to transfer over, I told them CS no need so hassle, just record this call and take this as confirmation that I agree to leave/burn the balance, but then CS insisted must be returned as BNM has set policy that any balance must be refunded to customer, so at the end I gave her my MBB account number and the money reached MBB in about a week time. lolx
