To b fair i think some other devs oso doin same thg but not too frequent as shl. Shk can drop the price 3x or more for the same phase whereas some other devs giving same rebate as gimmick to lure buyers but it probably is done after hike in price. Shl didnt.

Anw tis new strategy ll onli push more buyers away fr buying early. Dev onli solve their short term prob. They didnt or refused to acknowledge the long term issue. They should hav chosen to build less than to throw price.

Cruelty in biz world. Yik jor buyers.

Anw so far many claim tat towards Northern at Ipoh is the best place to retire. Seremban malacca or johor r not known to hav such claim at southern. Let's b fair to Northern as well. And I'm still neutral.
