Seh need 5 to 7 years at least... to see d result.. setia alam is klang.. and not all areas are developed.. and they started at 200k plus.. Come on ah bear pls dun argue 200k for so many yrs ago vs today price le. Why not u tell us wat price 3 candies in 1980???

and gvh though may not have access as good as seh does.. the fact is seh is ultra far.. and ultra toll rates.. this can never be changed

as to access.. amenities.. they can be improved over time with adjacent lands and projects of gvh..

so everyting has its pros and cons.. gvh is preferably with low flippers... very minimal.. GVH the bestest la. Dun hav doubt as u hav oledi paid the 10%

i doubt it..only upper floors , but may have some loan rejects. This developer is cash rich...didnt even bother to do marketing. my fren just paid booking almost 2 mths...didnt chase him to pay up bal amount. He may want to release it.
another 2-3 blocks yet to open. beside this court, they have villa residence..cost 40k higher with bigger built up and add 1 carpark

Give GVH a break, most genuine owners are being scared of by some of posters aggressive postings and they don't dare to post anything here anymore.

No hearsay, is from SHL printed brochure.

SHL put in advertisement pamphlet there will be 2 access roads to GVH from Kajang Perdana / Jelok Impian area, when they first launching the Cassia East.

When these two access roads shall be opened?   

Blantant lie ! The initial Cassia West were selling with no discount as well, in fact it was jack up another 10K despite located at slope land.

Only when the sales can goes down & SHL is suffering daily losses, as the unit are build & there have to serve interest to bank, there decide to gives 5% discount to all the balance unit.

Those so call unwanted unit are giving same 5% as i personally go & ask the sales there, all unit same discount.

Now even after giving 5% discount still no taker, only there try to fire sales the balance with 7% discount.

In matter if fact SHL has been throwing discount  higher than 5-7% to certain quarters in close door deal.

Ask this director to answer here in LYN & i counter her with truth. .

Agree. There are plenty of units in Cassia East located on slope land as well, why no discount 5% for these units?   

So, after you talk DDD for years, you go and buy something which cannot appreciate ? And you now paper loss 5% because the developer reduce price further

Will SHL further reduce price and you might lose another 10-15% ? Lousy project lah wei...

He bought leftover unit with 5% discount & so happy.

Only to realised that now GVH throwing similar unit at 7-10% discount. . 

If i were him I'll bang table & issue demand letter to SHL & ask for free maitenance fees for life as compensation.
