Hi, recently im looking at Tecoma left over units and thought of doing some research on the residents' review there. There're so many comments here and honestly I didnt get to go through every single of it. Nevertheless, I am able to summarise the feedback as follows:
Positive feedback:
1. Quiet area
2. worthy price due to its size 22x80 and freehold
3. Not very far from town despite of the tolls
Negative feedback:
1. price wouldnt appreciate as long as there're left over units
2. tolls everywhere unless the access road through semanja is open up (one of the comment stated that they dont see any road connection between GVH and semanja in the semanja master plan, dunno how true is this)
3. nearby got kajang prison (a kilometre away) and nirvana (a few kilometres away without road link)
4. less occupancy
5. no shoplot or restaurant or hypermarket nearby and nearest one has to go through tolls
Based on the above, as of todate, has SHL open up more access road from GVH to highways or build roads for GVH Residents to avoid going into tolls?
The road link to semanja has been built. Half of Semanja has VP... But the road remain close to cars. They seems to block the access with some barrier near the roundabout...
