Aiya bear bear...talk until cow come home also u dun know what u want. Honestly, 1st of all, can u afford or not? 2nd, can u get loan approval or not? if yes and yes, thn only got the point to talk further. otherwise waste of how sui only.

Let me rephrased my question to bear2 seem maybe u dun realli understd a simple question.
1. You declared you not an agent for goodview. So u gain no benefit to promote this project.
2. You also declared you not an owner of this project.
3. You also declared you like this project so much.
4. You also declared this is almost a perfect prop to buy for own stay.
5. You also declared you want to get married and need to own a house.
6, You also declared only left 10units, going to sell out soon.

With above statementS what stopping you frm been one of the owner of this prop? Why not book a unit? What is the logic? I can only see the only logic if u r an agent for SHL. Right?

Bearbear confirmed is prop agent for SHL. Thts the logic he defend until chi 9 lan sin but didnt buy himself.

No matter wat u all say bout bbw, he stil the winner. He goin to sell out this project for phase 1 and earn his commission. He deserve the money fr his brilliant & hard work as prop agent. Salute him. Not easy to sell prop during current slow down.
