QUOTE(xeno @ Sep 2 2006, 08:31 PM) hm... i want both version because , ver 9 is faster while loading , but some software need window media 10 saying my ver 9 outdated . What is your PC spec? But , i don't feel like install ver 10 where it's slow in my pc when loading dvd movie. My advice is, if you need something light, you may want to try Media Player Classic. Much more lighter if compare to WMP9, 10 or 11 This post has been edited by samurai1337: Sep 3 2006, 12:08 AM |

its not possible...
since Installing WMP 10, the installer will replace/updates all the WMP files in your system... Why you want to use both? WMP 10 got lots more media files support though or you can try like what other forumers suggested...MPC aka Media Player Classic... you can get it : Here |

my office use WMP11
at home use WMP9 & media classic for 1st PC and WMP10 for 2nd PC; dun feel any difference; for movies, u can juz update the lastest codec available, if u dont wish to change to WMP10.... what software needs WMP10 to load? |

Why need two WMPs? The latest WMP should support codecs for the older windows media format.
