how old r u? r u lenglui or not? 1st... 1st time learner must wear only bikini u know... otherwise u will drawn, better get the low cut or super thin/mini version, it gives u a better floating ability...

check it out dy... but no1 there to teach... theres 1 gal there not sure ok or not... so now hope to get some1 from fitness here can help me out
btw,do any1 know the swimming pool at 3k subang there has any good coach or not? |

Learn Froggy style first, easy. Usually what they'll teach is those basic stuff like breathing, blowing air in water and etc.
Damn, i miss 12 feet pool, kickass can dive deep inside. Now swimming at some 6 feet pool, but steady one is 8 feet (In PD last time). |

as long as u dont struggle and too stiff in the water... swimming is not a hard thing to learn... trust me..
