Nvidia DX12 drivers holding Ryzen back?
Seems for Rise of the Tomb Raider, using AMD GPUs for DX12 does not gimp 1800x performance. RX480 8GB CF vs OC 1070, for 7700k and 1800x Using AMD cards improves DX12 performance for both 7700k and 1800x. Specially good for un-gimping 1800x.
