I read on some sites that DX12 favors more cores over single threaded performance (running the Ashes of Singularity DX12 benchmark), which means that AMD is going to benefit from this. But I'm wondering how many cores can it benefit from until there are no more performance gains. Does DX12 benefit from Hyper-threading? Can DX12 use 6+ cores? When does Zen get released? Help?
