Performance on par....

I just brought a m8 due to maxis contract.... Was thinking to change m8 as main phone and nexus down grade to spare phone... But yesterday test use for few hours I decide to on hold first.... Stil love the vanilla feel....htc strawberry feel I need time to digest first...a bit regret that during sign plan I should just get s5 and not m8.... Haha

Somehow I dont like Qualcomm been king for too long, they will be arrogant and slowing down. Look at Intel last time, after AMD catch up then only Intel start push harder.

I prefer Nvidia 'cuz of the graphics, the mobile CPUs are OP already
I think Nvidia made the right choice with 2 high power cores and 1 low power standby core...
and the GPU, oh so tasty, it'll be 10~12 months before Qualcomm's GPU catches up and get to the market 

I just worry no idea next time will b like Texas instrument that stop supporting gnex...

As much as im exited about android L, the performance is atm satisfying, love the N5. Its just things like the battery and mediocre camera that could use some improvement to pose a real challenge. Now if only the N5 has a carl zeiss cam and 3000mah battery...

Didnt touch Lumia since 920, not sure how good they are now.
If rumored Nexus 6/X is 5.9", it should be 4000mAh    Huawei can pack it into Ascend Mate 7, Motorola/Google should do it as well 

According to an AnTuTuu benchmarking the latest Nexus 6 will come with a 5.2-inch screen running a QHD resolution. The device was listed with a 1440 x 2560 resolution screen which, at that 5.2-inch screen size, means an eye-watering 565ppi.

Haha your thoughts was exactly the same as mine before this. But I just pulled the trigger. If I think more I won't get to try it Hahaha.

But yeah seriously, I only see battery life. I don't like CM, I despise OnePlus method. But yeah i bought it in the end. haha. somehow i'm looking forward to next Nexus AND OnePlus Two~
Right? People in 1+ either never use them side by side or never own a Nexus probably that's why they kinda agitated when I mention N5 in there.

The smoothness level is different. I just feel it. Can't be explained. Which I'm sure you also do. Most other phones are smooth these days, but not Nexus smooth. Even multitasking, typing in browsers. I can feel it.

Honestly I only see battery life. hhaha.

and I'm not counting much on Project Volta's battery life. Unless they do something about Google Play Services. Hahaha. for me now, I trust bigger batteries rather than optimizations. haha. look at Apple, used to be good in battery with small capacity, then introduce multitasking die edy.

1+1 is already out, size/weight can't be changed, lol. Not per say complaining, just my preferences, but that doesn't change the fact, it's a really good phone+specs for that price. Will recommend to most Android newbies.

A 5" phone and a 10" tablet will be the perfect combo for me.

But not bendable
