Beware as they are operating co labs shared office open sharing spaces

Nothing more than just bunch of speculators teaming up 🤦‍♀️

At least the cash prices per gram they offer are better than the gold retail shops.

Assuming funds cukup, is it better to buy 5 pieces of 100g gold bars or 1 piece of 500 gram bar ? For long term (10 years above) storage and wealth preservation.
Looking at PAMP Suisse gold bars.

1oz weight so I can sell them at different intervals down the road.

Yeah, 1oz are good sizes for flexible disposal.
On my end, I'm looking at 100g and above for long term storage.

QUOTE(Unkerpanjang @ May 31 2023, 07:37 AM)
Good morning, just Unker perspective.

Bullionstar will provide sliver (slight) cost advantage against silver bullion if you holding sgd$. Today, DBS transfer is 3.37.

Unker has checked today, bullionstar RM $100+ cheaper, but you must oso pay mail, etc.

So unless, you on paid biz trip to Sgp, go to shop browse thru display, chit chat, buy. Otherwise, buy in most convenient n reliable Malaysia location....UOB?

As you have mentioned, buy at least 100g n keep long term, so the difference of rm100-200 is not major consideration.....more important is the accessibility to sell, transparent rates, long term survivality of the shop.

Major concern is rm depreciation....unless PMX tangkap all the sakau family (top 5 oso enuf) n confiscate their overseas wealth.

Thanks for the feedback !
Will check out the locals (i.e mybulliontrade, 1stop gold, etc)
UOB...I'm not sure whether they still sell physical gold bars.

Do you have any good safe/vault storage companies here in Msia which you recommend, which you find fees competitive? Not those located in malls/office buildings/banks.
*
Have you enquired with the local banks....some of them offer safe deposit box services.
Only downside is these are to be self-insured for the items you store there.

There would be large different in term of price buy from jewellery shops and non-jewellery shops, take for example of  pamp 100g casting bar their different around 1k, imagine if you buy 1k of gold bar, there would around 10k different in price. By far msgold can given the cheapest price , I had few purchase with them, trust me you won't find anyplace better price than them.
*
Hmm..their pricing appears quite competitive. How do you transact with them ? Physically collect at their office or via secured courier ? Do they sell odd size bars such as 5oz, 10 oz or 250g gold bars ?

There is also a Customer Sell section, I guess these prices are for customers to sell or trade in their old gold and 916 jewellery.

I have bought and stored in their vault without taking delivery previously.  Later sold off as the price of gold then didn't move much, some more need to factor in the storage cost

Thanks, I just want to verify their gold products are legit and with good review.

I would never buy physical gold from lazada or shopee.
That's very risky.

Do you buy other expensive items online like phone and computer?

No, these too I buy from physical stores.
I would only purchase lower value ( <1K) stuff online.
