what is your definition of good? very subjective. suggest you compare this with other developments in tmn melawati or nearby melawati such as wangsa maju/kl east.

But the studio units are 100% sold. And what remain are those larger units. I think this property have slightly less than 300 units, and that might be why it looks slow. I'm also interested in knowing the potential of this property from the gurus here.
