Im a non-Malaysian living here as a student
Recently i felt the need to buy a used car (Preferably a proton Gen2)

The problem is i know nothing about the procedure in Malaysia and i would like to know a few things

For Example:
1). What you need to watch out for when buying the car (for example taxes, paint, car theft)
2. how to check if the car is not under bank installments or loan by previous buyer
3. how to transfer the car to my name and how much is the expected transfer fee? (say a 2006 Gen2)
4. I hear some people say things like "road tax", "Refinance inspection Transfer" , "After Delivery, Coverage Warranty
Period" what do they mean and how do i check the taxes are paid
5. How to check if documents are original or duplicate?
6. lastly any additional advice or information you guys want to give me?

P.S i know how to check if car got accident or not and everything mechanically and body is good or not
