I am quite fed up with this Emporis KD developer admin team already. I booked a unit duplex few mths ago and the option letter signed clearly stated that if cancellation due to loan rejection by providing loan rejection letter from bank, the earnest deposit will be fully refunded within 14days from the date developer receiving my write-in cancellation letter.
But now almost 2 mths and I still haven't get back the refund yet. I called the developer office about 2 weeks ago and the admin told me may need around 2 more months as they need to send the cheque to Sabah KK main office to let their boss to sign the refund cheque.
I seldom write commend in any forum, this time I write all these is not to sabotage or bad mouth the developer, but just hope other prospects who planned to go in with this project to be more aware.
So now what I can do is just wait lo.......
